He gives four out of five stars to Carancho, an Argentinian film noir love story that takes a critical look at the insurance vultures who profit from the country’s traffic accidents. The Kid with a Bike is a Cannes award-winning drama by the Belgian Dardenne brothers about a young boy in search of his father.
