The Awards Ceremony for CRI's Winners of the Global Knowledge Contest for "Charming Jiangxi" was held at Lushan Mountain in Jiangxi Province on Thursday.

Cai Yufeng, deputy secretary-general of Jiangxi provincial government, said that since CRI and the Tourism Administration of Jiangxi Province have established strategic partnership from 2010, awareness of Jiangxi Province has increased through the knowledge contest. Cai hopes to strengthen cooperation with CRI.
The "Charming Jiangxi" travel knowledge contest was organized by China Radio International in association with the Tourism Administration of Jiangxi Province from January to April, 2011. CRI has broadcast the event in 10 languages (Chinese, English, Japanese, Mongolian, Hindi, Korean, Sinhalese, Laotian, Indonesian and Malaysian). A total of 280,000 audience members from 32 countries participated in the contest, and 10 of them won the grand prize
