Radio Cairo is the foreign-language broadcasting service of the ERTU (Egyptian Radio and Television Union) which is owned and operated by the Egyptian government.
Radio Cairo broadcasts programmes in more then 22 languages and aims to inform listeners around the world about news and current affairs and other developments in Egypt.
