"Let's cook Japanese" is a bi-weekly program to tell you how to prepare dishes often served at Japanese homes. In this edition, we will make Aji no nanban-zuke, or fried horse mackerel marinated with vegetables. Rice vinegar based marinade adds refreshing flavor to the fish. You can use other kinds of fish or meat instead of Aji as well.
